The People Behind the Mission

From our visionary founders and dedicated staff to our passionate board members, generous donors, partner schools, and families—each plays an essential role in helping Bay Scholars thrive.

Our greatest strength lies in the people who believe in the power of opportunity. Together, we form a community bound by faith, compassion, and a shared conviction that education transforms lives.

Our 18 Partner Schools open doors to academic excellence and character formation.

Our donors and supporters make those doors accessible to students who might otherwise be left behind.

Our Bay Scholars families inspire us with their resilience and hope, while our Bay Scholars students remind us daily why this work matters.

Every scholarship represents not just financial support, but a network of people who care deeply about the success of each student. It’s this unity of purpose—the people behind the mission—that makes Bay Scholars a powerful force for lasting change across the Bay Area.
