Once we have established the eligibility of our applicants, we begin a painstaking process of talking to our partner grammar school principals as well as the admissions directors of our partner high schools. Together, we select the students who cannot get the college prep education they want without scholarship support.
Specifically, we discuss their economic situations, the internal and external challenges their families face and their commitment to a college prep education and the service mission of each school.
